Why did I fall for a douche bag?

WHY ME?!?!

When I don't have any inspiration or idea's I don't blog and that went on for nearly 7 months but with circumstances happening in my life, I finally have something worth sharing with my readers. Meeting new people is such an exciting part of life that I actually love, BUT then you quickly sober up (as I actually did after many ciders on a Friday night) then you realise he's just another girl chasing player, with a high testosterone of 110%.

April
Thinking I met someone different from ALL THE OTHER DRUNKEN IDIOTS in a club but nope, I am never dressed over the top when on a night out, especially that night in April, I had been on a coach for a total of 7 hours, still going out that night, quickly re-doing my makeup, blah blah blah and all that stuff then going straight out to Jess's then town, when Uptown Funk blasts out I am in my actual E-L-E-M-E-N-T.

Guys being around us in the corner, awkward dancing, moving closer, making eye contact. There is always that one annoying fella, that just wont leave you alone, nagging, cocky little shit, that's just had too many sherbets (alcohol), but then there is always that quiet, brown haired, tall, (my kinda guy) that you instantly click with when you meet

Eventually leaving the first club, we strolled over to the local chicken shop and sat outside on a bench outside the public toilets, eating chicken, where its known that all the fellow drunken citizens socialise during the day.

Spotting the nice guy from the first bar walking over, firstly making an excuse to go to the bin, then confidently strolling over, with the greeting 'Ladies', *hands in pockets* asking where we were going, keeping in mind at this moment in time, he could have been a murderer so I was naturally distant not giving too much information about myself.

The fellow individual asking if I was single, my reply was 'Maybe' and my lovely friend Jess, replies 'She's single!' What a way to play it SMOOTH. This is now the start of the whole flirting, hand bum touching, getting to know one another situation, which after a while of getting to know him, I was perfectly fine with being around him, I felt so comfortable being with him, which is rare because all the guys I know only want one thing, which puts me on edge.

He eventually told me to put my number in his phone, because Jess is the Queen of guys & flirting, she knows how to handle this shit, she knew he was going to ask for it so she sneakly imputed my number into her notes, so she could quickly give it to him hahahahaha i did not know this until after!

Because we live really close to each other, we decided to get a taxi with each other to save time, i got dropped off first then him, I can not fault him, he didn't try anything on (until may) he was a real gent BUT BITCH WAS I WRONG.

He texted me pretty quickly after leaving each other, saying 'we should go out for dinner, tomorrow, I'm free after a football match' (something like that, this was a few months ago). He planned! the whole 'date' if I can call it that?.. But the next day after I finished work, nope, nothing no text asking if we are still going for dinner.

Rolling a month forward, in May, he spotted me again in Town again with Jess and & some guy friends, his first sentence which he whispred in my ear was 'I bet you carn't remember me', I replied 'Of course I can' or something like that.

We danced & talked until the club was closing, he tried to softly lean in and kiss me but yeah I'm not really that type of girl to 'Get off' with guys in clubs, so I kind of held back and waited until we left the club.

We eventually got a taxi home again, he leaned in and kissed me because it was him, I felt comfortble with him, he still respected me, he didn't take advantage. After leaving each other, I texted him to make sure he got home safe, he replied 'Of course I did darling :) xx' & that is the exact message he sent me, we texted for 3 hours until 7 AM!

Then that was it, stopped texting, doesn't talk, puts his HEAD DOWN when we walk by each other (which did happen about 3 weeks ago) I see him on occasion in Town kissing other girls.

I'm going to be honest, I'm not really used to guys telling me that they like me, he said i was a 'Real girl', which I think means that I'm not fake, I dont try to be something that I'm not, so when it does happen, I really like to think that, that guy is being genuine and has respect for me and I am not just another girl in his contact list, which I was..

This story happened in April and I started writing it in May, so when publishing this post in October, I am going by memory of that night! I have lost respect for him, he wasted my time and energy, but I have learnt something, that not even your 'Type' is always going to be the good guy you want.

I hope you enjoyed my douche bag story!
